Questions and answers
Who can rent a car?
Drivers must be at least 25 and have held a licence for at least 3 years. At pick-up, bring your ID card or passport and your driving licence.
How much is the deposit and when do I get it back?
Depending on the car, the deposit is from €3,000 to €10,000. We only hold it on your card and release it as soon as the car comes back undamaged. Your bank may take a few days to show the amount again.
Is mileage limited?
Most cars include 200 km per day, the exact limit is listed with each car. Extra kilometres are charged on return.
Can I drive abroad?
You can drive in Slovakia, Austria, Czechia and Hungary at no extra cost. Other EU countries cost €150 extra, just tell us when you book.
What is the fuel policy?
You get the car with a full tank and return it full. If you can't, we refuel at the pump price plus a small service fee.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel up to 72 hours before pick-up free of charge. For later cancellations we may charge the price of one rental day.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card, by bank transfer, on invoice (companies). The deposit can only be held on a payment card in the driver's name.
Do you deliver the car?
Yes, we deliver to any address in the city for free. Just add it to the booking note.
